It is cheaper to maintain existing employee than employing a new staff. Research shows that it actually costs five times more getting a new staff than maintaining an existing employee. So, if you must get your first experience, get a skill and improve on you. Also, if you need that job so desperately, sell your skill and not necessarily your certificate. Almost all candidates for the job have the same certificates you flaunt. Finally, move from being a generalist (Jack of all trades) to being a specialist (Master of one thing).
